VANDALAY MEDIA POLICIES ON ETHICAL LABOR PRACTICES AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Vandalay Media fully supports the principles behind global human rights standards, including legislation aimed at preventing forced labor and human trafficking. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and with respect for human dignity. We continuously seek to improve our processes to uphold ethical business practices.
Vandalay Media has a long-standing commitment to human rights and dignity. We categorically oppose any practice that exploits individuals, including discrimination, slavery, child labor, forced labor, and unsafe or unfair working conditions. These practices have no place in our company, our industry, or society. We strive to work only with business partners who share our commitment to integrity and respect for human rights.
This policy affirms our zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, human trafficking, or child labor by requiring:
No use of forced, bonded, or compulsory labor.
Full compliance with applicable national and local laws regarding working hours, minimum wage, and employee benefits.
Strong due diligence and internal processes to identify and address any risks.
Given the nature of our business and our rigorous partner standards, we believe the risk of such practices within our operations and supply chains is extremely low. We do not maintain separate performance metrics for this area, as any occurrence would represent an immediate violation of law and our policies.
OUR FACTORY PARTNERS
For purposes of this policy, “factory partners” refers to the suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors we work with worldwide. Our procurement practices are designed to identify and mitigate risks. We require our factory partners to comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards and reserve the right to terminate any business relationship where violations occur. Where possible, we also encourage our factory partners to adopt environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. While we take proactive measures, it remains the primary responsibility of our factory partners to comply with all human rights and labor laws.
TRAINING
All key decision-makers within Vandalay Media receive guidance and resources to help them understand the risks of unethical labor practices, exploitation, and unsafe working conditions. Our leadership and procurement teams are trained to ensure that our suppliers meet our ethical and legal standards.
